For renters

Search & compare
Browse the map, filter by suburb, rate, vehicle type, intended use, bond and insurance excess. Every listing shows real rates and conditions upfront.

Verify your identity
Create an account, confirm your email, add a real profile photo and upload your ID. Verification happens once and unlocks booking requests.
- 03
Message & request
Chat with the provider, agree on your rental period, then send a booking request for your dates.
- 04
Provider approves
The owner reviews your profile and request. Once approved, the booking moves to the agreement stage.
- 05
Both parties sign
A booking-specific rental agreement is generated. You and the provider both sign digitally, and each keeps a downloadable copy.
- 06
Pay, pick up, drive
Payment and bond are arranged directly with the provider, who records the status. Complete the pickup inspection together — then the rental is active.

Return & review
At the end of the term, a return inspection closes the booking. Both sides can then leave a review.
For providers

Register & get approved
Verify your email, add your profile photo and identity documents. An administrator approves your provider account.
- 02
List your vehicle
Add registration, rates, photos, insurance details, roadside support and allowed uses. Listings cost $5 per three-month term.

Review requests
Receive enquiries and booking requests. Check the renter's verified profile before you approve or decline — the decision is always yours.
- 04
Sign & hand over
Sign the rental agreement, record the payment and bond status, and complete the pickup inspection with the renter.
- 05
Track & report
Monitor active rentals, complete return inspections, and export your booking pipeline and utilisation reports as CSV.
$5 per three-month listing term
No commission on rentals. No payment processing fees.

What we do — and deliberately don't do
- Payments, bonds, deposits, refunds and extra charges happen directly between renter and provider — never through the platform.
- The platform records payment and deposit status as declared by the provider, for shared visibility.
- Providers approve every booking. Nothing is automatic.
- Reviews only unlock after a completed booking.
